Walking the narrow roads of the pitoresque medieval castle of Torre di Palme, one of the awarded Most Beautiful Villages of Italy (Borghi più Belli d’Italia), and just a few steps before the views opens up as far as the eyes can see upon the Adriatic Sea,  you will find Evoè Wine Bar & Bistrot.

Since the current medieval quarter of Torre di Palme was founded as fortress to protect the ancient Roman city of Palma, known as the Port of Wine for the Ancient Romans due to its prestigious Palmensis Wine, it is not odd that right here, between the walls of Evoè - in its own name - echoes the greeting to the God of Wine:  Ode to you, Bacco!
